Responsibilities

Compiling data/information to prepare memos, documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using various software and platforms.
Performing research, analyzing information, and making recommendations.
Taking meeting minutes, managing documentation, and scheduling appointments.
Making travel arrangements and supporting projects, programs, or processes.
Answering telephone and email requests, assisting with budget activities, and mentoring lower-level employees.

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years administrative or related experience
Solid administrative support working knowledge
Ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally
Utilize Microsoft Office and other software at an intermediate level
Operate and maintain standard office equipment
Problem-solving skills
Organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to follow instructions
Interpersonal skills to work with others professionally
Work with discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
Physical requirements such as sitting for long periods, moving about the office, and using computer equipment
