Responsibilities

Performs a variety of duties in maintaining and repairing plant and facilities utility systems.

Assists in making decisions on all normal and minor repairs and reports problems to the Plant Manager or designee.

Ability to read blueprints, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings.

Operates various equipment to ensure system reliability, facility comfort, and staff/guest safety.

Performs preventive maintenance on facility equipment as assigned.

Identifies system issues, troubleshoots problems, and restores proper operation.

Responds to HVAC issues throughout the facility to ensure a comfortable environment.

Maintains safety and cleanliness of mechanical and engineering spaces.

Performs building service duties including emergency repairs, fire alarm response, and coordination with contractors.

Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization and guests.
