Required

7-10 years Working in operations or develops environments solving customer related issues while handling customer relationships
Proficiency in site reliability engineering and automation tools
Ability to solve sophisticated technical challenges effectively coupled with an understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
Understanding of software scalability, availability, latency, performance, security, and capacity management
Understanding of how to deliver software faster, better, and cheaper
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

7-10 years developing software solutions with programming languages such as Java, C#, SQL, etc. and scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell etc. is a plus
Experience in crafting and maintaining CICD Pipelines
Experience in building applications on cloud native platforms
Master's/Advanced Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data collection, evaluation & presentation
