Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the CRM system by ensuring data integrity through regular audits, building workflows, processes, and dashboards, managing tool integrations, and overseeing the rollout of enhancements.

Train teams on custom-built visibility dashboards and enhanced process workflows.

Provide administrative support for Gratus’ alternative investments platform including but not limited to: Submit and track subscription documents and custodial forms, Work with fund advisors and fund operations administrators on executing client subscriptions, Update alternative investments reporting, Facilitate fund transfer process with client, fund, and custodian, Manage manual security snapshots, Manage all terminations and retitles.

Support daily operational tasks such as new client account setup, ongoing account maintenance, client terminations, and reconciliation.

Manage client operations and cross-functional alignment projects.

Prepare and distribute internal reports and client quarterly reports.

Create and analyze ad hoc reports.

Liaise with technology vendors as needed.
