Develop relationships with customers and field sales team for deep understanding of requirements and trends.
Transform data into insights to optimize manufacturing capacity and revenue plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to highlight trends and provide recommendations.
Identify and drive efficiency efforts and process improvements.
Ensure system data accurately reflects account direction and customer expectations.
Participate in forecast accuracy evaluations and drive process improvements.
Provide information to management regarding past periods, future forecasts, and key drivers.
