Responsibilities

Analyzes business needs to ensure Oracle solution meets customer objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.

Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, influencing customer leadership on key decisions.

Supports business development efforts, collaborates with the consulting sales team, and resolves complex customer issues.

Required

Strong program/project management resource with experience in implementing large finance modernization solutions such as OFSAA applications for Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients

Ability to manage the process of integrating OFSAA solutions with operational systems (FAH, GL, Planning & Budgeting)

Project Management experience in implementing Banking, Insurance, and /or Banking/Insurance Analytics solutions

Domain knowledge on two or more of the following: Finance Performance Management, Accounting, GL Reconciliation, Management Reporting & Analytics etc.

Strong functional experience implementing OFSAA FSDF, DIH, GL RECON, AFCS solutions for large Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients

Domain knowledge on the following: OFSAA GL Recon & OFSAA Data Foundation

Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, OBIEE/OAS/OAC, DIH/ODI

Strong solution deployment experience

Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a customer's processes and strategies

Experience in managing Agile projects and cloud-based implementations

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to build rapport with team members and clients

Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Ability to travel as needed

Preferred

Strong functional experience implementing OFSAA FSDF, DIH, GL RECON, AFCS solutions for large Financial Institutions and/or Insurance clients

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
