Responsibilities

Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis schedules comparing actuals to budget
Prepare detailed annual financial budgets and monthly forecasts
Direct forecasting and goal-setting efforts for financial plans
Create and present financial plans and overviews
Review departmental forecasts and develop bridge plans
Oversee month-end close review, including reporting, variance analysis, and operational performance
Develop and improve monthly forecasting processes focused on metrics and initiatives
Lead the annual budget process with Sales, Operations, Production, and overhead teams
Maintain and improve pricing models for customers, coordinating with departments to support assumptions and metrics
Conduct review meetings with sales to discuss assumptions, outputs, and potential outcomes
Analyze scorecards and operational performance, tracking action items and initiatives
Conduct financial modeling and profitability analysis to support sales, operations, and ownership

Required

Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance
3-5 years of related experience
Proficiency in financial modeling, revenue/profitability/pricing analysis, financial reporting, and initiatives measurement/reporting
Strong Excel and related analysis skills are essential
Ability to handle large volumes of data while managing both detail and the big picture
Excellent interpersonal skills that foster cooperation and respect from leadership and team members

Preferred

Experience with databases (Access, SQL, Power Pivot), AX/Atlas, and VBA
