Responsibilities
Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform design decisions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and use case scenarios.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Create visually appealing, user-centered designs that align with brand guidelines and design standards.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve user experiences and streamline design processes.
Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in product service industry.
