Responsibilities

Define product strategy and roadmap.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
Create and publish Market Requirements Documents.
Identify strategic vectors of differentiation for products through competitive and market research.
Develop business cases to support market and business development.
Define Value Propositions to support the competitive positioning of the products.
Develop target and key account positioning strategies.
Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) inclusive of beta testing, sales training, and go-to-market success.
Participate in strategic planning activities and train sales/account teams regularly.
Interface with customers to define device testing requirements.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or other technical degree, Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years experience in applications, marketing, product development, or general management that involved leading and mentoring others.
5+ years experience in a customer facing role in the semiconductor industry. Must have solid knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing and test process.
5+ years experience in an engineering technical role within the semiconductor experience
Must be able to demonstrate strong technical understanding and experience in high-speed digital or RF applications and theory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through technical engagements.
Need to be comfortable speaking to a group and engaging in problem-solving dialogue with occasionally distressed customers or partners.
Must have the ability to travel for business as much as 50% of the time both domestically and internationally to customer sites, subsidiary offices, and appropriate sales or marketing events.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or other technical degree.
Experience in high-speed digital or RF applications and theory.
Experience in strategic planning activities to include articulation of organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
