Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects within the data space, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Take full ownership of projects, providing regular updates, managing risks, and ensuring all project milestones are met with minimal supervision.
Effectively manage resources, including team members, budgets, and tools, to optimize project outcomes.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and project deliverables meet the highest standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management and data operations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on data-centric projects within the fintech industry or a similar fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of data technologies, including databases, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data analytics tools
Proven experience in managing complex projects, utilizing methodologies such as Agile & Scrum
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards common goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
