Responsibilities
Interaction Design – Analyze business requirements and user needs to create user flows and task flow diagrams. Translate ideas into wireframes and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback.
Visual Design – Create mock-ups consistent with UI guidelines and brand standards.
Design Documentation – Specify final designs and create commercial design input documentation.
Design System – Build and promote the company’s design system, manage governance process, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Design Process – Apply human-centered design methodologies, lead design sprints and workshops.
Collaboration – Work closely with product managers and user researchers to understand customer needs and negotiate technical feasibility with engineering teams.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Design / Human Factors or related field plus minimum of 6 years related work experience.
Preferred
Experience building, using, maintaining, and advocating for design systems.
Proficiency with standard design, prototyping and productivity tools, including Figma, Jira and Adobe Creative Suite.
A clear understanding of what constitutes superior design and the drive to continually elevate standards.
Demonstrable experience in designing, prototyping and launching exceptional end-to-end experiences.
Ability to distill complex information and requirements into simple flows.
Sound knowledge of web and mobile UI technologies.
Eagerness to deeply understand customers and their needs.
Thorough knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain your design decisions.
Enthusiasm for design craftsmanship and a commitment to stay inspired.
An online portfolio showcasing your design approach and impact, through highlighted work samples or case studies
