Responsibilities

Support the development, promotion, and launch of events by coordinating asset creation and execution.

Conduct venue searches, manage sourcing and costs, and handle bookings based on event requirements.

Coordinate additional event logistics, including signage, delegating event on-site, and more.

Manage contracts and ensure compliance with agreements.

Track budgets and expenses associated with marketing activities.

Maintain and update event management trackers to ensure seamless operations.

Create, test, deploy, and monitor email campaigns for all of Gerent’s key practices and Salesforce programs such as PAP, VIP, Partner New Logo, and newsletters.

Assist in managing Marketing Cloud, ensuring that campaigns and databases across practices are clean and well-organized.

Proofread email marketing campaigns to identify and correct errors and suggest improvements.

Support Senior Marketing Specialist with marketing automation efforts to streamline processes.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize the performance of email campaigns.

Report on campaign engagement, providing detailed insights and recommendations to the Marketing and Sales teams.

Provide ongoing analysis and reporting on campaign performance, offering actionable insights.

Enter and analyze email metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Assist in managing social media calendar, strategy/reporting, final submissions, and posting.
