Responsibilities

Complete daily, monthly, and ad hoc processes in support of trading execution, reconciliation, data integrity, and system administration

Collaborate internally with Operations associates, management, portfolio management, client service, and compliance teams

Assist clients with preparing various alternative investment fund documents

Provide operational support and efficiencies to client implementation & onboarding teams

Perform system administration duties like new fund, account setups, and portfolio allocation targets

Draft trade instruction letters for third-party product managers and client custodians

Perform daily client reporting and month-end plan reconciliation workflows

Fulfill cash monitoring responsibilities by working closely with custodians, clients, investment firms, and internal stakeholders

Resolve issues by working with operations analysts and technology team

Ensure daily data is loaded and reconciled into trading and reporting systems

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where adherence to procedures and controls is critical

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field of study preferred

Previous experience communicating with senior level client contacts preferred

Previous experience with Charles River Investment Management System preferred

Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, while maintaining ownership over individual responsibilities

Strong analytical and organizational skills, clear and effective communication, both written and oral; ability to multi-task
