Responsibilities
Lead Agile/Scrum teams in the development of software products
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor team members on Agile/Scrum practices and principles
Work with product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure the team is delivering value to the customer
Identify and remove impediments that are preventing the team from achieving their goals
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve the overall Agile/Scrum process across the organization
Monitor and report on team progress using Agile/Scrum metrics
Continuously improve the Agile/Scrum process by incorporating feedback from team members

Required
Certified scrum master, SAFe
7+ years of experience as a scrum master
Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in the development of software products
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent knowledge and experience with JIRA
Strong analytical skills
Exposure championing SAFe methodologies in an Agile organization
Exposure to Manufacturing and/or eCommerce business domains
