Responsibilities

Architect, maintain and manage MRC database system(s).

Troubleshoot database issues, oversee installation and security, ensure data quality, and present performance reports.

Engage with cross-functional partners, SMEs, and program managers to build robust database systems.

Manage, organize, and maintain large volumes of documentation in a searchable database.

Track analytical test results and compliance documentation efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to establish a company-wide accessible data storage system.

Communicate effectively with teams and leadership.

Required

BS in Chemistry, Data Science, Engineering or related field

2+ years of project management/data base management in a corporate setting

Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively

Have basic programming skills, and good understanding of different workflow, FMD systems, Agile, data storage systems and biocompatibility review process

Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment

Excellent communication skills. Ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audience

Be a team player

Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box
