Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, user stories, and system requirements.
Work closely with developers and testers to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
Provide support and training to users on new systems and processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with business systems and software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
Familiarity with [specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc.].
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
