Responsibilities
Work with fellow designers, research, product, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive, and beautiful experiences for customers.
Conceptualize and design original ideas that simplify complex design issues and inspire others.
Ensure design work is clean, focused, and aligned with user-centric principles.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 3+ years of experience working in product or service design
OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems)
A portfolio demonstrating interaction + visual design and prototyping skills
Proficient in all aspects and levels of interaction/UX design from information architecture to systems and workflows to micro-interactions
Solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, research and marketing; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines
User-centric approach to design and an understanding of how to apply research insights into design and development of product experiences. Experience in data-driven decision-making
Preferred
Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 3+ years of experience working in product or service design
OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years of experience working in product or service design
OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems)
2+ years of experience shipping games or products and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
Ability to generate empathy, using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
