Responsibilities
Coordinate industry events and seminars from planning to execution, enhancing brand exposure and engagement.
Update social media channels with engaging content that promotes products and initiatives, building an active community.
Oversee the creation, update, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand message.
Create engaging email campaigns.
Collaborate with PR agencies to secure media coverage that positively represents the brand and amplifies the message.
Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, media, and key opinion leaders to support brand and business goals.
Ensure a consistent and appealing presentation of the brand and corporate identity across all marketing activities.
Develop strategic partnerships to broaden market reach and influence.
Work with the marketing team to implement strategies, utilizing analytics to inform decisions and evaluate success.

Required
Experience in marketing, with a solid track record in event management, PR, social media, and brand management.
Native English communication skills, with exceptional writing and speaking abilities.
Creative and strategic thinker, able to generate innovative ideas and align them with our business objectives.
Strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but we welcome marketing professionals of any background who have demonstrated skill and success in their marketing careers.
Familiarity with the welding or manufacturing industry is beneficial but not required.
