Responsibilities
Prepare budget templates and handle budget administration for all ownership groups.
Analyze income generation areas, suggest improvements, and explore new income streams within the industry.
Manage utility billing, analyze financial benefits, and resolve issues at individual properties.
Oversee Renter's Insurance and Liability Waiver Program, Valet Waste program, and Trash Service agreements.
Monitor screening program, collections, property transitions, purchasing analysis, and administer rebates from preferred partners.
Perform any other job duties as assigned.

Required
Basic knowledge of accounting practices and experience in analysis
