Responsibilities
Produce weekly/monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision making.
Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for Executive and Board level audiences.
Collaborate with department leaders to prepare the College’s annual budget and monthly reforecasting processes.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of corporate financial models.
Assist in forecasting 10-year plan financials including P&L, Capex, depreciation, and interest.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area of study or equivalent skills and experience.
Two or more years of experience within corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets.
Excellent understanding and familiarity with GAAP and the ability to apply these principles in practice.
Strong executive presence and experience presenting complex materials in a succinct manner to senior executives to drive effective decision making.
Preferred
Experience with business intelligence tools, such as DOMO or Tableau.
Experience in Microsoft Great Plains.
Experience in higher education or another highly regulated industry.
