Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to create engaging and user-friendly designs for both web and mobile applications

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs

Utilize appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how specific user flows or interactions will work

Run qualitative and quantitative research cycles, gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing large amounts of user insights to translate them into design requirements and iterations

Work with design systems, ensuring a good understanding of componentization, responsive design best practices, accessibility, typography, color patterns, and iconography

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly convey design concepts and interactions

Ensure a consistent and cohesive design language across all products

Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs

Stay current with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and user-centric
