Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the product owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing work.
Remove impediments and blockers that may hinder team progress.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
Ensure the team follows Scrum best practices and processes.
Track and report on team performance metrics and progress.
Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
Promote continuous improvement within the team.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile role.
Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Preferred
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)).
Familiarity with [specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc.].
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
Knowledge of [other relevant skills or experiences such as SAFe, Lean, etc.].
