Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams (including design, engineering, and marketing) to deliver product enhancements and new features.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and continuously monitor industry trends.
Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Champion the product internally and externally, serving as a subject matter expert and advocate for customer needs.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product management role.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments; Scrum or Kanban experience is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
