Responsibilities
Identify and assess risks across the organization, including operational, financial, and strategic risks.
Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Analyze data to identify trends and potential risk factors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Monitor and report on risk metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Risk Analyst or in a related role.
Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with risk management tools and software.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
Certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM).
Familiarity with [specific industry such as finance, healthcare, etc.].
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
