Responsibilities

Conduct needs analysis, review existing learning options, and recommend cost-effective learning and performance support solutions.

Lead the design and production of learning solutions, working with subject matter experts and other team members.

Manage design work quality, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of learning solutions.

Monitor learning effectiveness, provide coaching to other designers, and offer project management support.

Partner with delivery teams to transition curriculum from development to the classroom.

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Liberal Arts, or related degree /field, or equivalent work experience.

5 or more years of Instructional Design or Communications or Teaching or Training or Change Management or Graphic Design work experience required. Experience in designing and developing curriculum for cross-functional projects.

Experience working on small to mid-size projects and/or training programs
