Responsibilities

Execute release process for CRIMS core releases including monitoring progress, escalating risks and promoting team collaboration.

Coordinate patch releases including scheduling, packaging, and delivery on a weekly basis

Provide regular status reports to senior management and key stakeholders

Contribute towards creating and documenting best practices, collaborating with teams and implementing these activities into the core development process

Prepare a variety of periodic and ad hoc reports for technical management and business groups

Identify and resolve impediments by collaborating with teams and stakeholders

Required

Experience in fintech, project and program management

Experience with Jira, build systems, and understanding of technology software release lifecycle

Execute release process for core releases, coordinate patch releases, provide status reports, contribute to best practices, prepare reports, identify and resolve impediments

Ability to contribute to program/project delivery, manage multiple product delivery plans, prioritize tasks, strong project management skills, understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, organization skills, commitment to meeting deadlines and quality delivery, engage and energize product management/engineering organization

Knowledge of Jira, Jira workflows, Jira reporting

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, computer science or similar discipline

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills

Proven organizational skills with attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Flexibility with schedule and ability to work beyond regular business hours, demonstrated planning and scheduling skills

Preferred

Experience in software industry – Fintech
