Responsibilities
Assist with project take-offs, specification review, and developing quotes with up-selling options.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, aligning expectations with product features and delivery schedules.
Support new customer setup, order processing, and communication on lead-times and concerns.
Handle invoicing, payment processing, Salesforce entries, and credit validations.
Provide feedback to customers on job order issues and collaborate with stakeholders for resolutions.
Coordinate with installation and field service crews, giving advanced notice of job-specific factors.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 - 5 years of work experience required, two year Associate's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of computer programs including Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks of varying sizes with strong organization and prioritization skills.
Extensive knowledge of all appropriate Andersen product lines.
Advanced knowledge of Andersen’s technical and business tools and the order fulfillment process.
Uses strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate clearly and concisely.
Works independently to complete tasks accurately and with strong attention to detail.
