Responsibilities
Act as Controller to ensure correct reporting and support business objectives
Facilitate reporting, consolidation, and analysis of actuals and forecast
Drive harmonization, reporting, and continuous improvement of controlling activities
Prepare and consolidate function budget, headcount, reporting, and finance alignment
Support Divisions in reporting and Purchase data management
Facilitate correct reporting according to function's organization
Support strategic initiatives and governance through controlling, analysis, reports, and development
Drive functions standardization, format, communication, and channels
Monitor Purchasing systems and support development of functions master data process
Develop Forecast Process and Scenarios for risk identification
Manage supply base controlling, Master Data, Supply Risk, and Capacity Analysis
Represent and align with functions in key responsibilities areas
Perform any other task as assigned by the direct manager

Required
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration
Preferred
3-5 years of relevant experience from a large multinational corporation, preferably within supply chain and controlling
Systems experience: ERP (preferably SAP), Excel, PowerPoint and other global systems such as PLM, PowerBI
Strong analytical skills and data visualization, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
Global Company, Automotive and/or tech industry experience preferred
