Responsibilities

Manage workflow to ensure timely completion of projects.

Oversee office procedures and protocols.

Track cases and compile records.

Assist in the development, implementation, and presentation of Health Care Division priorities.

Review external correspondence and take appropriate action.

Coordinate with health care experts and other office divisions.

Provide direct support to the Division Chief, including conducting research and preparing reports.

Manage schedules and respond to telephone calls.

Work on complex matters under time pressure.

Bachelor’s degree or related experience
