Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sr. Designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly features
Produce deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, flows, and visual designs) that effectively communicate ideas
Iterate on ideas in collaboration with internal and client teams
Develop comprehensive and visually cohesive design systems
Participate in usability research to gather insights
Take notes and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate solutions

Required

1-2 years of experience working in a design agency
A passion for design and understanding of design processes
A portfolio showcasing visually striking websites and applications
Strong typography skills and attention to detail
An interest in customer behaviors and how they influence design decisions
A collaborative mindset; you will work with other designers, client teams, and developers to refine concepts
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (we use Figma)

Preferred

Experience with animation and micro-animation is a plus
