Responsibilities

Lead a team of 3 to test components such as UI, Salesforce Portal and APIs

Develop test plans and scenarios, perform testing, and document test results

Reporting and tracking audit defects to closure

Escalating audit defects as defined in the project’s PPQA plan

Supporting the development of project planning documents and estimates

Verifying that adequate resources are available for QA activities and requesting additional team members or funding as necessary

Developing and maintaining QA plans/processes (e.g. test plan)

Tailoring the QA standards, processes, and procedures applicable to the project

Documenting and reporting QA activities and measurements to Senior Management and relevant stakeholders

Collaborating with the CGI Federal Center of Excellence/CMMI team, project team members, and Senior Management to improve project processes

Assist with preparing and conducting QA process audits and work product reviews based on the engagement’s documented audit plan/schedule if requested.
