Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of CTV performance marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Track and measure campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on performance to clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Sales and Onboarding, to ensure seamless onboarding and setup of new clients.
Develop and execute targeting strategies based on client demographics and objectives.
Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments and recommendations to meet client goals.
Create performance check-in decks and reports, providing clients with insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any questions or concerns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, bringing new ideas and strategies to client campaigns.

Required

3-5 years of experience as a performance marketer in the eCommerce/retail space.
Proficient in standard advertising and e-commerce metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Advertising and television experience is a big plus.
Comfortable in a client-facing role. Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior management.
Proficient in computer skills, with strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
Creative Problem solver
An effective communicator with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills who loves to connect with people
Excels in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing startup culture and wants to play a key role in the next generation of TV advertising.
Independently motivated, solutions-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable within a world of ambiguity, selling new technologies that are disruptive to traditional industries
Exceptional priority and time management skills, recognizing the importance of flexibility in working hours.
