Responsibilities

Attain HCA business goals within an assigned territory by promoting HCA programs to stimulate dealer utilization of HCA products and services.

Sell the features and benefits of HCA Commercial Financing Programs and maintain current relationships, develop and conquest new Commercial portfolio targets.

Educate, enroll, and implement new programs and services at assigned dealerships by partnering with all stakeholders including HCA support staff.

Train dealership personnel on new technology and digitalization of HCA products and services.

Required

5+ years of experience as a field sales representative in automotive finance, Retail Credit Underwriting or Commercial Credit

Captive automotive finance experience dedicated to a specific OEM is preferred

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred

Excellent sales presentation skills and financial statement analysis experience preferred

Dynamic and motivating with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines
