Responsibilities

Provide data analysis support to assist in developing reports and dashboards for monitoring program and operational performance.

Promote self-service analytics for customer adoption, understanding, and use of data.

Support the design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities, define business requirements for new analyses, and perform ad-hoc analysis as directed.

Maintain data accuracy, identify new metrics, and offer data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners.

Deliver analytics across various domains including payer functions, ambulatory, acute & post-acute care, and support functions.

Collaborate with internal customers and external provider partners.

Utilize SQL and Tableau for data analysis.

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving, and consultative engagement skills.
