Responsibilities
Utilize our Python-based optimization software to support strategic corporate decisions regarding battery operations.
Translate complex data into clear and compelling visualizations, facilitating effective knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and insights, ensuring alignment with current market conditions and strategic objectives.
Support Antora’s Project Development team by conducting analyses and building tools which identify, screen, prioritize, and evaluate the economics/impact of project opportunities
Prepare and present reports and presentations for customers, investors, and Antora senior management, delivering actionable insights that influence key decisions.
Manage engagements with energy markets consultants to support project financing transactions
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal Geographic Information Systems (GIS) platform to analyze the geographical dimensions of industrial energy dynamics.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on energy markets.
2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the energy sector.
Proficient in multi-disciplinary analysis with the ability to adapt to various domains and toolsets.
Skilled in Python programming fundamentals, particularly for data analysis and model development.
Familiar with interacting with Snowflake or other SQL-based data warehouses or data lakes.
Experience with ArcGIS or similar geographic information system platforms.
Demonstrated ability to create professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
Deep intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and excel in an unstructured environment.
Passion for solving climate change.
Preferred
Experience with CPLEX or similar software for linear optimization.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
Proficient in Excel for basic financial and data analysis.
Experience forecasting time-series data utilizing statistical or ML frameworks.
Exposure to a formal software development environment as a developer.
Proficiency with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Hex, Mode, etc.
