Responsibilities
Serve product teams by ensuring Agile and Product Values & Principles are integrated into all product development activities.
Facilitate culture change through daily work with a focus on Agile & Product mindset, values, and continuous improvement.
Own agile practices of the team/product group/journey, including planning, dependency maps, OKRs, and key success metrics.

Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically three to five years of relevant experience
Proficient agile practice professional
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles and practices
Demonstrated growth and curiosity mindset
Able to explain what Agile mindset means, what makes a great team and how both of those connect to the Agile Principles
Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills
Experience as a Scrum Master serving multiple teams simultaneously
Positive attitude and ability to inspire the team toward continuous improvement
Ability to work in ambiguity and iterate to a solution
Working technical knowledge of the software development process - design, development, test, and deployment
Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Experience with outcomes-based planning and delivery (i.e., OKR) a plus
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification a plus
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification a plus
