Responsibilities

Connect with customers on service subjects such as quotes, issues found during repairs, and updates to purchase orders based on customer approvals.

Handle Work Orders in the CRM to ensure that work completed on a customer asset is detailed sufficiently to provide a service record for the asset.

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or relevant experience, is the required minimum education.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data entry/administrative role communicating with customers and supporting customer service relationships.

Ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment.

Good computer skills including an understanding of Windows, Word, Excel, and Access.

Preferred

Technical school preferred.
