Responsibilities

Create Project Plans from Statements of Work (SOW).

Identify and report issues with the project and mitigate identified issues.

Participate in project meetings and summarize action items.

Administer and organize all types of projects from simple activities to more complex plans.

Work closely with the Project Management team to achieve project goals.

Provide acknowledgements, detailed updates, follow-ups, and other communications to key stakeholders (both internal and external).

Coordinate change management procedures to create and submit various change requests.

Collaborate with clients and internal team members to deliver projects on time.

Ability to manage within a matrix organization and resources across different regions.

Create detailed project plans and timelines as required.
