Responsibilities

Assist Director of Marketing and Director of Public Relations with administrative duties and operational tasks.
Knowledge and understanding of website and social media content development (primarily Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
Capability to generate creative photos, videos, and digital assets.
Create internal print and digital assets including but not limited to newsletters, menus, signage, flyers, etc.
Liaise with restaurant, spa, other departments, and outside partners.
Update digital platforms by coordinating changes with web team and vendors.
Assists with coordination of social media content and day-to-day management.
Manage all direct messages from social media channels and posts.
Assists with coordination of social media influencer and media visits.
Assist with planning of photo and video shoots, promotional, and other special events.
Maintain vendor relationships and support projects like printing, graphic design, and digital display.
Assist with presentation materials for sales, marketing, and PR meetings.
Acts as a brand ambassador to our Hotel and Four Seasons at all times.

Required

Passion for creative excellence, unique content development, and great organizational skills
Experience in photography, digital and graphic design including strong computer skills proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe, and other relevant Apps
College education required
3-5 years of social media supervision for luxury brand
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Photography and videography experience
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Positive team attitude and willingness to assist where needed
