Responsibilities

Undertake critical responsibilities to ensure efficient management of the Center's financial resources and compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.

Independently pull Workday reports and suggest fiscal process improvements and internal controls.

Manage Center billing processes, assist with monthly reconciliation tasks, oversee asset tracking, costing allocations, and PCard management.

Provide technical and financial advice to Center leadership, contribute to revenue and expense budget development.

Maintain accurate and reconciled accounts in the general ledger, collaborate on special projects with the Center Administrator, and engage with stakeholders for effective communication.

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.

An equivalent combination of education and experience, four (4) years of fiscal experience, preferably in a university, may also be considered.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Attention to detail.

Experience with MS Excel and MS Office.

Experience with Workday is strongly desired.
