Responsibilities
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Make visits to customers in North America to cultivate relationships, identify project opportunities, and make presentations/proposals.
Lead successful customer meetings and presentations online and in person
Work closely with customer and internal teams for planning, development, and submission of bids, proposals, presentations, pricing, responses, etc
Participate in major trade shows (domestic and overseas)
Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
Manage all reporting about customers' accounts and targeted projects

Required
Bachelors degree preferred
5-10 years experience in account management, sales, sales support, customer service, and/or business development
Experience with onboard service products, in-room service products, travel, hospitality, fashion, skincare, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands a plus
