Responsibilities
Lead workstreams to design new processes.
Iterate people and process aspects of the pilot scope until desired results are achieved.
Partner with Business Operations & Strategy team for needed insights.
Manage stakeholders and business owners effectively.
Collaborate with IT Product Management team on technology implications.
Prepare pilot best practices for deployment to the business.
Contribute to the standard work improvement of the Program Management team.
Grow skill set in operational excellent leadership.
Design and deliver program communications and presentations.
Create, follow, and improve processes.
Lead projects/workstreams with or without direct reporting authority.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting tight deadlines.
Problem solve and bring timely resolution to escalations.
Maintain attention to detail and quality.

Required
BA or BS in Engineering, Management Systems, or Program Management required
4+ years of progressive business experience with progressive responsibility
Quick pace, self-starter, able to learn and iterate quickly
Proven ability to create, follow and improve processes
Intermediate to advanced skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Outlook
Experience leading projects/workstreams with or without direct reporting authority
Ability and desire to manage multiple projects and deliverables and make sound decisions while meeting tight deadlines
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to escalations
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Preferred
Preferred Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking training and transformation based experience
