Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify process improvement opportunities
Develop detailed requirements and use cases for software projects
Research and implement new technologies to enhance business processes
Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Create and maintain documentation such as user manuals and technical specifications
Develop web applications using PHP MySQL for productivity and project management enhancement
Maintain and enhance the company's internal website
Provide backup IT desktop support as required

Required
Bachelors in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred
2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C# preferred
Experience with Sage preferred
Experience with both front-end GUI and backend database preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Participate in software testing and quality assurance activities
Communicate project status and progress to team members and stakeholders
Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
Knowledge of software development methodologies and programming languages
Experience with software testing and quality assurance
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
Understanding of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
