Responsibilities
Play a crucial role in implementing the evolving new business strategy and cultivating client relationships.
Analyze and articulate a brand’s business model, market dynamics, and vision for growth.
Work with operational, creative, and production teams to develop scopes, relay pricing and timelines, and manage RFI/RFP participation.
Build and maintain relationships with multiple brands, understand client’s priorities, and serve as the primary point of contact.
Manage day-to-day project needs, client communication, budget oversight, and client feedback process.
Coordinate client meetings, manage change orders, and ensure client objectives are understood within the agency.

Required
4-6 years of agency experience is required.
BA/BS degree in Business Management or Administration, Advertising, PR and Marketing Communications or relevant field
Must live in a near proximity to Chattanooga, TN or be willing to relocate
Demonstrable experience leading teams in executing a plan against specific organizational goals
Experience creating and presenting capabilities, case studies, proposals and reports
Proven ability to own and manage multiple projects at a time without sacrificing quality
Excellent listening, negotiation, critical thinking and speaking abilities
Preferred
3+ years of account experience is strongly preferred
