Responsibilities

Performs preventative maintenance on cooling towers, chillers, boilers, pumps, valves, and air compressors.
Repairs seals, gaskets, valves, water and steam lines, pumps, and insulation.
Records plant operations and performs water tests.
May assist in asbestos abatement as necessary.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Technical CertificationLicensing

Required

High school diploma or GED
