Responsibilities

Schedule and plan multiple projects to achieve cost efficiency

Work closely with team members, providing motivation, technical guidance, and clear communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Manage cost estimates, contract negotiations, cost control monitoring, scheduling, and change order management

Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

Oversee commercial construction projects, collaborate with architects and engineers, interpret blueprints, schedule subcontractors, conduct site visits, manage project budgets, and keep stakeholders informed

Required

Minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience

Commercial Construction experience

Exposure to estimating and buy-out process

Ability to review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

Experience with cost estimates, contract negotiations, cost control monitoring, scheduling, and change order management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Effective communication skills

Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
