Responsibilities

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.

Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

Develop detailed project plans to track progress

Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Maintain facility cleanliness and functionality.

Establish and interface with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Create, develop and manage project budgets.

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Revise and create construction drawings.

Perform facility and equipment maintenance.

Ensure compliance of safety and equipment training initiatives.

Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
