Responsibilities
Develop and maintain labor standards using the MOST predetermined time methodology.
Evaluate new business proposals and store process changes to assess their impact on labor hours.
Recommend store methods and labor management improvements.
Provide insights on facility layout and workflow design, supporting recommendations with appropriate analysis.
Conduct research to support key operations management decisions related to store processes and service level management, specializing in queue management and labor standards analysis.
Continuously review and simplify the labor model, updating store characteristics, profiles, and volume drivers.
Complete annual refresh of labor standards to ensure they reflect all business changes.
Support the Brand by ensuring labor standards are accurately configured to drive appropriate labor hour forecasts in the enterprise workforce management system.
Act as the industrial engineering liaison to key business stakeholders.
Interact with Directors, VPs, and SVPs, providing expert opinions on labor allocation decisions and impact studies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or relevant retail experience
2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering or labor management within a retail or similar environment
Proven track record of developing and maintaining labor standards using the MOST predetermined time methodology
Evaluating new business proposals and store process changes
Providing strategic recommendations for process improvements
Conducting research to support key operations management decisions related to store processes and service level management
Specializing in queue management and labor standards analysis
Reviewing and simplifying the labor model, updating store characteristics, profiles, and volume drivers
Completing annual refresh of labor standards to ensure they reflect all business changes
Ensuring labor standards are accurately configured to drive appropriate labor hour forecasts in the enterprise workforce management system
