Responsibilities

Utilize CASA utility billing and expense technology platform to produce on-time and accurate resident bills on behalf of clients

Review and analyze resident bills, collaborate with clients to finalize and process monthly utility bills for residents

Review variance reports, datasets, and research explanations to ensure accuracy and consistency of billing practices

Collaborate across the Billing Operations Team to ensure efficient property movement through the billing process

Partner with clients to obtain billing approval quickly for timely release of statements to residents

Obtain expert knowledge of CASA software platform for potential future roles within Zego
