Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and train new distributor partners.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing distributor partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with necessary resources and support.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance data.
Develop and implement sales and marketing programs tailored to distributor partners.
Conduct regular business reviews with distributor partners.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on partner performance metrics.
Act as a liaison between distributor partners and internal teams.
Stay informed about industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
Qualification

Required
5+ years account management, business development, or B2B sales.
Experience in managing and growing a distributor partner network, with a track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives with 1MM+ annual quota.
Experience with CRM software; Hubspot is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree.
